While nuclear power is not considered green energy by the US government, id doesn't produce the harmful greenhouse gases that conventional power plants do. In the past, one of the main drawbacks to nuclear power was the incredibly toxic solid nuclear waste that the plants produced which required careful storage, however Bill Gates' new rolling wave nuclear plant would greatly reduce those toxins and produce much more energy.
